Choose how your organization connects

Most customers start with SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect for single sign-on. Server-to-server integrations use OAuth 2.0 client credentials against the REST API.

How Hygrade Connect fits

Hygrade Business is the Service Provider (SP) for identity and the API host for machine-to-machine integrations. You bring your existing identity provider (IdP), and optionally your HR system for automatic user lifecycle.

Environments. Hygrade Connect exposes a single production environment at order.hygradebusiness.com. Sandbox and staging environments are available on request as part of an implementation engagement.

A typical rollout

  1. Week 1 — Exchange SAML metadata with your identity team and configure the Hygrade tenant for your company.
  2. Week 2 — Pilot users sign in via SSO; Hygrade issues test accounts for any non-federated service users.
  3. Week 3+ — (Optional) Integrate the REST API with your procurement or ERP system.

Support & contacts

Integration engineering is handled by Hygrade’s client services team. Every customer receives a named implementation engineer for the duration of the onboarding.
